General Use of Studio Space

• The Studio is available for use for photography, video production, and related creative activities, during the agreed-upon time period.

• The Studio is to be used only for professional or artistic purposes, and must ensure that activities within the Studio comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.

Use Period

• The Studio space is to be used on an hourly, half-day, or full-day basis, as mutually agreed upon. The studio must be vacated by the end of the agreed rental time. Any overtime may incur additional charges. There’s a 10 minute grace period that can be used to clean and get the studio back to how it was when you started.

Studio Access and Equipment

• Use of the Studio's equipment (e.g., lights, backdrops, props) is available as included in the usage agreement. The User is responsible for any damage to the Studio's equipment during their session. Any damages will be charged to the User.

Respect for Property

• You agree to treat the Studio space and all equipment with care and respect. Any damage caused to the Studio space, furniture, equipment, or props during the rental period is the responsibility of the occupant at the time..

• The Studio must be left in a clean and orderly condition at the end of the usage period. The User should remove all personal belongings and equipment.

Mindfulness and Respect

• Please be respectful of the Studio space and others using the facility. We ask that you be considerate of the time, space, and resources provided to you during your usage.
